In Oregon, Botox injections are considered medical procedure and must be administered by licensed physicians or nurse practitioners if it falls within their area of practice.

Physician assistants (PA) and registered nurses (RN) or licensed practical nurses (LPN) can conduct Botox procedures safely and in accordance with the client's treatment plan if [1] the physician evaluates, diagnoses, and provides the treatment plan, and [2] the RN and LPN are competent to perform Botox procedures safely and in accordance with the client's treatment plan.
