Physicians, PAs with Board-approved additional duties, and NPs with a protocol agreement that includes Botox and dermal filler injections are all legal under Georgia law. RNs may also administer Botox if they are supervised and operating on a physician's order. Botox injections are not permitted by LPNs or MAs.
